IC

Name: Tsu Li

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Hetero

Occupation: Green Turtle Leader, EMT

Syndicate: Green Turtle

Special Ability: Healing by placing hands on the affected area. Unable to heal self, poisons, or diseases. Heals flesh wounds, cannot bring back from the dead. Cannot heal brain damage.

History: Was at school when the gas escaped. He was picking up his kindergarten sister (Elizabeth) to let her out of school early as a surprise. He saw the gas, grabbed his sister, and locked themselves in a supply closet. She seemed like she was sleeping in his arms, but when he peeked out, she had perished. Horrified, he ran away from the school, only to find his parents had perished. He decided to work at a hospital, but kept his school uniform as a reminder of what he why he was working. He discovered his power while treating a patient who'd broken her arm. The owner of the corporation that owned the hospital met him personally, and they developed a bond. The man had lost his own family in the gas, and had gotten sick from it, and he passed away shortly later. In his will, he left the hospital to Tsu. Tsu decided to create an organization in honor of Ricky, to provide a sort of refuge for those that needed it.

Role Play Example:
Tsu was quiet in his attendance at Ricky's funeral. The man had been like a father to him, and he a son. It was raining. He cursed quietly, garnering a dirty look from an old man. He glared at the older gentleman until he turned away. It was probably one of Ricky's CEOs, Tsu hadn't met them all yet. The funeral had been over now, it was just him and the gentleman.

"Did you want something?" he politely asked the man. He didn't want to seem like a complete savage at Ricky's funeral.

The man peered at him. "Are you Tsu Li?"

Tsu nodded. "I am."

The man pulled out an envelope. "I have something for you." he said quietly, breaking the seal. "Rick was quite fond of you, you know." he said.

Tsu nodded again. "Yeah. He was my family when we both lost ours." he managed to get out without breaking. The damn gas still affected him, and it seemed to try to take everyone he had loved. He clenched his fist. The gas had killed Rick. And Tsu couldn't do a thing. He hadn't even been there when Ricky died, he was in an ambulance, trying to help someone who'd been in a crash.

The man was quiet. "He left you something in his will, Tsu. He's kicked quite a bee's nest, by doing what he did for you. I'm his lawyer, by the way." he extended
his hand.

Tsu shook it, and began to pore over the contents. His eyes widened, and he looked at the lawyer. "I need you to not do this right now, sir." he said, his voice shaking. "I'm not in the mood for any joking. And certainly not like this." he pointed at the will.

The lawyer shook his head. "That is for real. His associates were just as stunned as you were. As was I. I had known Ricky for a long time, and he didn't usually make such rash decisions. But he did it in front of my own eyes."

Tsu didn't answer. Ricky had left him a whole hospital. He was supposed to learn how to run it. He dropped to his knees on the cold, wet grass. "Why?" he asked the lawyer. "Why the hospital? Why would he give me anything? We didn't know each other very long."

The lawyer was still. "His family was gone, boy. You know this as well as I do. He had planned to give that to his own son. You simply took his place."

Tsu skimmed over the will again. He'd have help running it, but he was supposed to run a majority of it when he was 21. By that time, he was also stated to be placed as a CEO in Ricky's pharmaceutical company. He stood up, his knees wet and cold. "So, this is for real then." he asked, trying to look at the lawyer's eyes.

The lawyer stared at him, steely eyed. "Yes, Tsu. I guess I should congratulate you, Mr. Li."

Tsu became quiet. "Will I get to know you as well then, Mr. Lawyer?" he asked.
The lawyer started heading back to his car. "No. I'll be leaving China. I'm retiring. And it's Chan. Mr. Chan."

Tsu looked on. "Bye then, Mr. Chan." he waved slowly. Chan didn't see or hear it though, or else he didn't react to Tsu.
Tsu headed back to his own car. It was the same one he had before the gas happened. He sat, and didn't start the car for a while. He felt something fall out of his letter. It was a small pin. He recognized it. It was a Green Turtle, the one that had belonged to Ricky's son. He recognized it from pictures that he had seen. He started the car up, and pulled up a cellphone. He called one of Ricky's secretaries. "I need you to make some changes to Ricky's 'Green Turtle' charity." he began...

Notes: I don't know how I like it so far. The RP has just started. We'll have to find out. I hope it turns out well.
